101 Scholarship

The 101 Scholarship is back! Class 101 will be awarding four high school students, nationwide, who use their unique skills to make a difference in their community. Each student will win a $3,000 scholarship, and applications will be accepted beginning February 15th, 2024 until April 15, 2024.

The 101 Scholarship represents students who exemplify demonstrated leadership in making their community a better place. Since the program started in 2017, Class 101 has granted over $26,000 in scholarships to high school students across the United States.

This year, the scholarship is based 60% on how students are making a difference in their community, 30% on how they demonstrate leadership, and 10% on their academic achievements. All high school students, regardless of year, are eligible to apply.

“At Class 101, we believe in the transformative power of education. We recognize that the escalating costs of college can be a significant barrier, which is why we are committed to providing scholarships,” says Carisa Findley, Class 101 Brand President. “Through these scholarships, we aim to empower and support the aspirations of high school students, making higher education more accessible and achievable for all.”

To apply, students have two options. They can create a video between 1-2 minutes or write a maximum 500-word personal statement.

Students will answer the following prompt:

Explain how you’ve used your skills and talents to initiate change in your community. What lessons have you learned from these experiences?

This year, the four winning students will be chosen from a panel of judges. We encourage all students to apply if they believe this sounds like the perfect opportunity for them.Winners will be announced in May. Apply at Class101.com/101scholar!
