As a college planning advisor, she brings her passion and expertise to help students in The Woodlands and surrounding area in addition to Southern Williamson County through the proven systems and personalized services of Class 101 College Planning.\r\n\r\n&nbsp;\r\n\r\nNicoya is a graduate of the University of Houston, earning a BBA in Computer Information Systems and an M.S.Ed. in Educational Leadership. She has spent her K-12 career serving students as a teacher, specialist, interventionist, and assistant principal at the elementary school, middle school, and high school level. She was also an adjunct instructor at Lone Star College where she taught College Success: 1st Year Experience; helping students transition successfully to college and maximize their freshmen year achievements.\r\n\r\n&nbsp;\r\n\r\n\u201cI became an educator to bring out the best in my students, to give them a strong academic foundation and encourage them to pursue higher education, which I believe is key to achieving their dream,\u201d says Nicoya. \u201cEarly engagement is key, and Class 101 allows me to continue this important work by helping students and their families successfully
