Starting high school is an exciting milestone—and preparation can make all the difference. High School Prep 101 is designed for middle school students preparing to enter high school who want to begin their freshman year with confidence and a clear plan for success.
In this course, students will learn the essential skills needed to navigate the transition to high school smoothly. We’ll cover practical strategies for time management, goal setting, organization, and effective study habits so students feel prepared to handle increased academic expectations and a more independent learning environment.
Students will also gain an early understanding of how their choices in high school can shape future opportunities. We will explore how course selection, extracurricular involvement, and freshman-year grades contribute to building a strong academic foundation and preparing for college.

The 101 Scholarship is back! Class 101 will be awarding four high school students, nationwide, who use their unique skills to make a difference in their community.
