The Spring Junior Checklist: What Must Be Done by May 1?

single-event_bg.jpg

For high school juniors entering the most critical stretch of the college planning process.

Spring is the turning point of junior year, and what families do between February and May has a huge impact on college admissions, scholarships, and summer readiness.

Join us for a full mock ACT followed by a one-hour workshop that breaks down the 6 essential tasks every junior must complete before May 1.

Students will learn:

  • The ACT score they need for the colleges on their list
  • How to plan ACT prep between now and the March/June test dates
  • How to build or strengthen their college list
  • What must go on their resume by spring
  • Summer planning essentials (campus visits, essays, activities)

Parents will learn:

  • What colleges expect students to complete before senior year
  • How ACT scores tie into scholarship money
  • What “college list readiness” actually means
  • How to reduce spring chaos and summer panic
  • The timeline from Feb → May → Summer → Fall apps

This is a perfect event for juniors who feel behind, overwhelmed, or unsure where to begin.

Free event. Seats limited to 20 students.
