The ACT prep class was really helpful for me because I had a designated time to forget everything else and focus only on the ACT. Being brilliant doesn't mean you score well. At some point, it's more about how to take the test and understanding what the test is looking for. The class really helped me understand what the ACT wanted, how I should answer, and where to look. Being smart gets you to the answer, but knowing how to answer matters just as much.
