Pamela Knezic

Owner

Pamela is the owner of Class 101-Central Wisconsin where her mission is to help students and families navigate the complex steps leading to successful and affordable college admission. Over the past 24 years, Class 101 has helped over 6,500 students earn over $482 million in scholarships, study and prepare over 15,000 ACT/SAT tests, and attend over 550 colleges around the world. In Central Wisconsin, Pamela works with freshmen through senior high school students, conducting one-on-one college planning, preparation for standardized tests, facilitating visits to universities across the country, and conducting financial aid workshops for families. In her first 6 months of Class 101 ownership, Pamela has secured almost $800,000 in scholarships for her four seniors and helped them receive 40 college acceptances. Headed into the 2022 college application season, Pamela is working with over a dozen rising seniors and is excited to make an even greater impact as Class 101 Central Wisconsin grows. Pamela earned her undergraduate degree in Materials and Logistics Management at Michigan State University and her MBA in Marketing from Indiana University. She was hired into the Global Management Development Program at Whirlpool Corporation where she trained and worked as an executive in the Brand Management and Product Development departments. Later, she became a financial advisor at Thrivent Financial, meeting with families to plan for their financial futures, including college planning. The mother of four children-one in college, one headed to college for the first time in the fall of 2021, and two more headed in that direction eventually-she understands the importance of working with a trusted college advisor. Pamela is excited to bring Class 101’s proven systems to more students in her area as Class 101 Central Wisconsin expands its reach with new college advisors, teachers, and an office space in the not-so-distant future.

By working with Class 101, I had a lot more options and opportunities at the end of the college admissions and scholarship process. In addition, having Pamela coach me kept me on task and helped me navigate the complex process without procrastinating or missing a step.

Class 101 has really helped me think about the future and the potential opportunities I can consider. I’m already improving my ACT score and many more academic goals. I also really like that I have someone besides my parents to talk to about college and the future.
